Canadian Rail Strike

The Canadian Nation (CN) and Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) railways are up and running again after last week's Canadian Rail Strike. The Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB) imposed a Binding Arbitration between the workers and the two railroads.

While this arbitration is in place, work stoppages, including the strike notice that the Teamsters gave CN, cannot occur. Both railways and workers agreed to oblige to this ruling.
